I have been so grateful for Dana's help so far. I have just purchased my second home, now with a partner. On my first, I went with USAA insurance because it is a family norm. And this time around, my heart wanted to stay with USAA real bad. I have always used them, my family has always used them, and in the past have found them great to work with. Working with Dana has made a difference and made us able to make a different decisions that we feel confident in. The USAA quote was bananas expensive and when I described wanting to stay with them but not being able to afford that, and the price not making sense, the fella on the phone was unhelpful and unsympathetic. My experience speaking with Dana so far has been wonderful and the opposite. She heard our needs - good coverage, good price, and want to trust that we would be able to rely on our policy if/when it counts and she found us a great rate. Dana has made all the difference and lets me know switching insurance folks is the right choice. When I told this to my mortgage lender, she said that this is exactly why she switched to getting her homeowners through Dana as well.
