Next Level Insurance LLC was founded in 2020. Dana Temple started the business after working in the insurance industry for over fourteen years. Dana started her career as a captive agent for Liberty Mutual. After working as a direct writing agent for Liberty Mutual for five years, she decided that clients need more than one insurance company choice. She began working for an independent insurance agent in Fallston, MD, where she learned how to serve her clients by working with numerous insurance carriers. Her experience working for an independent insurance agent for over nine years taught her that insurance is a very personal and relationship driven business. Combining her knowledge and experience, working for both captive and independent insurance agencies led her to the next step in her career, which was to open her own customer focused independent insurance agency.
