Dana is such a pleasure to work with. There are thousands of Insurance agents at your disposal and the one thing that should separate the best from the rest is communication! I often feel that customer service is a lost art and we are all too quick to accept the "everything is automated" as the norm. Not with Dana! She is a fantastic communicator and is always willing to answer your questions. Although she saved us a substantial amount of money on our insurance, having someone guide you through the process and confidently explain expectations is even more important to me.
