Dana Temple began her career in the insurance industry in 2007 as a personal lines sales agent with Liberty Mutual. She has earned numerous awards and designations in her career including, most recently, American College’s LUTCF designation. This designation makes her uniquely qualified to work alongside individuals and families with their life insurance and estate planning needs. Dana is a graduate of University in Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Advertising. Dana lives in Baltimore County with her two daughters. Jessica DePowers
Jessica DePowers started her journey in the insurance industry in April of 2022 as a customer service rep here at Next Level Insurance. Jessica went to school for accounting while working in retail as a store manager. Although there were plenty of opportunities to grow as a store manager, she made the hard decision to leave retail and pursue other options. The opportunity to work for Next Level Insurance presented itself and we are truly grateful she decided to become part of the team. Jessica is hardworking, customer-focused, and a team player. Rachel Lynch
Joining our team in 2023, Rachel Lynch has begun her journey into the insurance industry after spending the last few years as a stay-at-home mom. Previously Rachel had experience as a Realtor, learning the ins and outs of residential sales. More extensively, Rachel worked in retail as a manager for 11 years and holds a B.S. in Business Management. Rachel and her husband have five children and two dogs to keep them busy. She enjoys comic books and action movies, coffee, and cooking.
