Jessica DePowers started her journey in the insurance industry in April of 2022 as a customer service rep here at Next Level Insurance. Jessica went to school for accounting while working in retail as a store manager. Although there were plenty of opportunities to grow as a store manager, she made the hard decision to leave retail and pursue other options.
